Team 18300 Robotics - Submerged 2024

2024 Spring Schedule

General plan is to meet on Wednesdays afterschool as part of the Bolton Robotics “Spring Training” meetings.
In our Wednesday “Spring Training Meetings, 18300 will be working towards preparation for the World Festival Event:

Improving the scores in the submerged robot game. How high can they go on their point thermometer?
Pit Decorations - We’ll go as big as the kids want, programming LED lights (Arduino programming), shark selfie cutout, virtual reality (python, motion capture, animation), etc
Practice presentation and Q&A
Team Building (pictionary & core values challenges)

Outside of the Wednesday meetings we’re hoping to:

Field trip to Mitre Bluetech Lab in Bedford, MA
Team fun event, to give them their earned rewards from the point thermometer (need help to organize this)
Meeting(s) in late may early June to prepare for World Festival Event. Most likely this will be 2 Sunday evenings 6-8, but we can adjust the timing as needed.
